Daily Travel Photo: Magellan’s Lighthouse
**This is an automatic post because I am in Antarctica with Peregrine Adventures**
As we waited for an hour to cross the famous Magellan Straight in Southern Chile. I couldn’t help but be drawn back in thought as to what it must have been like to explore this desolate region. The lighthouse that now sits on the coast to protect the boats from the shore, or vice-versa, must have witnessed some incredible things in its time.
